Club Guidelines

To keep the program fair and sustainable:

• Valid only on new e-bikes purchased at Rochester Bicycle + Fitness

• Must be purchased at time of bike sale

• Original owner only (non-transferable)

• Bike must be registered in our system

• Applies to standard inner tubes only

• Tire replacement not included

• Tires worn past safe replacement point are not covered

• Excessive abuse, commercial use, or neglect excluded

• In-store service only (no home visits)

• Priority service applies to flat repairs only
